Our privacy policy describes the personal information we collect, how it's used and shared, and your choices regarding this information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in several ways:

Information you provide directly: when creating an account, uploading artwork, making purchases, contacting support, or registering for an event. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, payment information, profile details, and any User Content you upload.

Information collected automatically: when using the Site. This includes IP address, browser type and version, device information, time zone, pages viewed, clicks, searches, time on page, usage patterns, and technical logs used for diagnostics and performance.

Account and activity data: related to your use of Services, such as artwork, inventory, transactions, sales history, customer interactions, team members, permissions, and behaviour within tools or dashboards.

Information from third parties: from service providers or connected accounts, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, identity or fraud providers, event platforms, and other services you connect to your account.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to operate KANDINSKY and provide the Services. This includes managing accounts, hosting profiles, supporting inventory management, processing payments and subscriptions, and handling customer communication.

We also use information to maintain and improve the Site, including understanding platform usage, identifying issues, improving features, monitoring system capacity, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and testing changes.

Your data may be used to generate reports or insights for your use, and to train internal models for tasks such as automated colour or subject tagging.

KANDINSKY may use anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement. We retain ownership of anonymised data but do not claim ownership of your original User Content.

3. WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We will never sell your User Content, data, or activity.

Information is shared only as required to operate the Site and Services with the following:

Service providers: employees, contractors, and third-party providers performing specific tasks, who only receive the data required to perform their work. Examples include:

  • Sending emails through Amazon SES
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions through Stripe
  • Hosting cloud infrastructure on AWS & Vercel

Public content: content you make public may be displayed on the Site or KANDINSKY channels. You control whether your profile is public or private.

Legal, safety, and business purposes: we may access, preserve, or disclose information to comply with law, respond to claims (including copyright infringement), enforce our Terms, protect rights, or in the event of a merger, sale, or asset transfer. We may retain copies of your data after account closure for these purposes.

4. COOKIES

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Site. They allow the Site to function securely, remember basic preferences, and generate aggregated usage statistics. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly if you do.
